Why does it go by so fast, and yet so slowly?

So, I've been thinking a lot about how time flies, and then it seems like it drags..
I mean, it feels as is if it was yesterday that I got married. And here I am, almost 10 months later..
And yet, weeks, days and even months seem like they are the longest ever.
How is it that this happens?? This past week seemed to drag on forever! And I only had 4 days of work, yet it seemed like 8.
And then tonight, my husband left for work. He left 5 hours ago, and it feels like it was only a couple of minutes ago..


I don't know, I guess the point of this, is that time is such a fickle thing. One minute you're in high school, and the next it's 5 years later and you're married.. Live life to the fullest! I know I wouldn't change one minute of mine! I love my life. I love where I've been, and I love where I'm going. And maybe if time could just slow down a little, it would be even better!
