I am what I am..

I am a Mormon. And actually, I prefer to say that I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And I AM a Christian.

I know that Jesus Christ lived and died and rose again. I know that through Him, I can live with my Heavenly Father again. I know that my family can live together forever. Our marriages, if we get married in our Temples, go beyond the grave, and last into the eternities, and the children born under that union will be with them as well. I know that there is a prophet on the earth today just as there was in old times. I know that our prophet speaks to God and tells us what God wants us to do. I know that the Bible is the word of God. And I also know that the Book of Mormon is the word of God as well. The Book of Mormon does NOT replace the Bible, rather it ADDS to it.

Yes, I am a Mormon. I enjoy being a Mormon. And I enjoy telling others about my beliefs. If you don't agree with what I know to be true, that's fine. But please, don't bash my church or my beliefs. If you want to discuss my beliefs that's fine, we can do that. :)


*I wrote this post mostly so that I could get my thoughts out. I've had a lot of people tell me I'm stupid for believing what I do. Or telling me that I'm not a Christian because of my beliefs. So, this me venting, and telling people that yes, I am a Christian. :) I hope I didn't offend or upset anyone. I love you all.*
