10 favorites.. And one not so favorite..

Ok, so a couple of my friends *Hi Shalay and Jess!!* have started this thing on their blogs, where they give you a list of 10 things they like and 1 thing they don't, and I have been thinking about it for a while, and figured I'd do one of my own. :)

So, with that intro... I give you 10 songs that I LOVE (for the time being. Lol) :)

10. Bohemian Rhapsody  - Queen

I have always liked this song, and I've recently gotten my sisters into it. So it's fun singing in the car, at the top of our lungs, trying to get all of the high notes, and putting in our own words when we don't know what they're singing. It's really quite a hoot! :)


9. Free - The Zac Brown Band

This song reminds me of the freedoms that I have and so enjoy. I'm so thankful everyday for what I have, and for this amazing country that I live in.

8. Fallin' For You - Colbie Caillat

I have recently been turned onto Colbie Caillat, and I LOVE her, but I would have to say this is one of my faves!


7. Lucky - Jason Mraz ft. Colbie Caillat

So, every time I hear this song, I think of my dad and my step mom. He always says that he married his best friend, and I think that's so romantic!


6. You Belong With Me - Taylor Swift

So, I had this huge crush on a guy in high school who, of course, had a girl friend, and I thought he should totally be with me! Well, their relationship ended, but he didn't come running to me, which in the long run, turned out to be perfect. He's now getting married, and I'm so happy for him. But this song reminds me of that. :)


5. Water - Brad Paisley

This song, is the epitome of my life! I have always been a water baby. Whenever I'm near water, I have to jump in and swim. It's like it calls to me or something. I guess it's good that I live by a lake. :)


9. Letters From War - Mark Schultz

This song makes me cry every time I listen to it, so get you Kleenex's ready! This song is so beautiful and it makes me so thankful for all of the service men and women who risk their lives and leave their families behind so that I can live in a free country.



3. Stuck Like Glue - Sugarland

This song cracks me up! Whenever I'm feeling down, I'll go watch this video and within seconds I'm laughing. Besides, I really am stuck like glue to my boyfriend. Even if we are 1300 miles apart. :)


2. If I Die Young - The Band Perry

So this song, is sorta sad, but I really LOVE it! Kimberly Perry (the girl singing) is so talented. She wrote this song, and I love that! And she has such a good voice. I also like this song because she says a lot of poignant things in it. It really makes you think about your life.. :)


Last but not least...
1. I Loved Her First - Heartland

So, I've loved this song ever since it came out, and I always wanted it to be the song that my dad and I danced to at my wedding. I know it might be a little over-done, but I really don't care. :)


And... One song I COMPLETELY hate...
The Duck Song

I'm so sorry to have you listen to it... My sisters will listen to this song, and for the next 3 days (I'm not kidding) they will walk around singing. It's possibly one of the most annoying songs I've ever had to listen to.
